I prefer the open great room in 301, but 302’s master bedroom doesn’t share any walls with another unit, and you have windows on two walls.

Being this is the third-story, I’m going to assume that everyone enters their apartments using the doors. (red arrows show the path from the open front door to the center of each unit’s great room. Blue is the elevator and the path to the third-floor hallway)
